Hello! Welcome to my new painting blog. I am a miniature painter based in Perth, Western Australia and I wanted a place to share my projects and finished work online. I have been using instagram but it is superficial, to say the least - a feed of context-less images curated by mysterious algorithms towards the commercial ends of others. Here I hope I'll be able to share pictures but also put them in their context - my thinking, my methods, my mistakes that have gone in to making them. It's been a long time since I've blogged, but why not? Nothing that's come along since I stopped is a better way for me to communicate to the world. Let me add an image of my most recent finished project - I might say a bit more at some point but for now, meet Rowana Forestfoot, Blood Bowl star player.
